Once the system commissioning is complete, K2 provides training to the Owner's designated staff. This training is in addition to the comprehensive training provided by the installation contractor, and focuses mainly on user interaction with the system.
K2 will be present during the first use of the system to assure proper performance and to provide assistance to the staff if requested. The visit during first use is necessary to assure proper system performance and to further optimize the system settings during an actual use, if required.
